GUIDANCE FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS

To secure accommodation, you will progress through the following four screens in our reservation management system:

1. Search Availability

2. Select Accommodation

3. Optional Extras screen

4. Guest Details and Payments.

TIPS FOR MAKING A BOOKING

1. On the Search Availability screen, “No. of Rooms” refers to the number of separate accommodation options you require. For example, if you require three camping packages, you would select 3 in “No. of Rooms”. Similarly, if you require two apartments, select 2 in “No. of Rooms”.

2. When making a booking, please note that each accommodation option is subject to a maximum number of guests:

Camp Site Only (BYO tent): A maximum of four guests per package.

Camping Package:  A maximum of four guests per package (Two adults and two small children OR three adults). Note: Two sleeping mats are included in the Camping Package but the tent can fit up to three. An additional sleeping mat can be added to your booking on the Optional Extras screen. 

Deluxe Clamping Package: A maximum of two guests per package.

Deluxe Waterfront Camping Package: A maximum of two guests per package. Bedding for up to one additional guest can be added at the Optional Extras screen. 

Deluxe Waterfront Two-Bedroom Camping Package: A maximum of six guests per package. Bedding for four guests is included in this package. Bedding for up to two additional guests can be added at the Optional Extras screen. 

Heritage Houses: Each Heritage House includes room for up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Bedding for up to four additional guests can be added to your booking at the Optional Extras Screen (i.e. one double sofa bed, one single rollaway bed and/or a fifth bedroom with a king single bed).

Harbour View Apartments 23 A and 23B and the Garden Riverview Apartment: Each of these two-bedroom apartments includes bedding for up to four guests across two bedrooms. Bedding for one additional guest (i.e. a single rollaway bed) can be added to your booking at the Optional Extras screen.

Harbour View Apartment 23C: This apartment includes one queen bed for a maximum of two guests.

Fire Station Studio: This studio includes one queen bed for a maximum of two guests. Bedding for one additional guest (i.e. a single rollaway bed) can be added to your booking at the Optional Extras screen.

3. On the Guest Details and Payments screen, you will have an opportunity to submit special requests and provide details about your group. Our team will action your request or email you if required.
